Anyone who can move their head with some control can learn to use Lucy 4. Don't give up too soon, it took me a year 5 DAYS a week 1 hour a day, to get my head controlled (steady) enough. My occupational therapist had to hold my head for months and it was hard work. But it was worth it!

If for any reason you MIGHT not be satisfied with Lucy 4, you can send Lucy 4 back undamaged in the original box within 30 day's.

What kind of computer do I need?
Lucy will work with any computer with Microsoft Windows Vista, XP or 98. You also need a free USB-port. That's all. Lucy 4 will work with all your programs, there are no limitations whatsoever since Lucy 4 is just a keyboard according to your computer. The original keyboard can be remained attached to your computer at the same time, but it is not necessary. They can work simultaneously.

To which countries can Lucy be shipped?
Lucy 4 can only be ordered online to be shipped to the USA and Canada. For all other countries, please contact us because we can help you!

How long does it take before I receive Lucy after I ordered?
After you ordered Lucy it will be shipped (if in stock) within 5 day's.  So it will arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. Of course we will try to ship as soon as possible.

Lucy is high-quality product made by Shannon Electronics, Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. It is not a mass-produced article made in some low-cost country. Because of that, a Lucy keyboard is an expensive product. But it can and will make people members of the online community, being able to communicate, work, play and create.
